Delirium Trigger Prologue

Delirium Trigger
Prologue

August 24th, 1781

Earth. Fire. Water. Air. Elements that were once united, living in a community together. They shared emotions and resources. Being immortal gave them an unlimited amount of time to be free and use their skills to the fullest. Humans could not kill them, only elementals like themselves could, but they wouldn’t dare to because they were all together, one huge colony.

Fire elements could control fire, obviously, lightning, and electricity. Even though they had wicked tempers, they were still understanding. Fierce fighters as they were, weaknesses still stood firm as stone. Most times they never had to worry about battles. The Fire Lords were all men, who loved the ladies and loved to party.

Water elements were more aggressive, but they were also all women. With the ability to control water, snow, and ice, they didn’t have the skills to conceal their emotions. Some could but a majority of them could not. But even the ones who could sometimes had trouble. All the females had deep blue or light blue eyes. The Fire Lords had deep red, orange, or yellow iris’s, depending on their mood. These women sometimes could not get along with the men from the element of fire, which was understandable of course, seeing that fire and water were opposites.

With green or brown eyes, they were able to sing like the angels in heaven. And when they did sing, plants grew. Earth elementals were all females who could kick some ass! They could control nature and basically anything from the earth like coal. Although they loved to fight, the only problem was that they could easily be targeted. If they are using of their strength or if they get mad, their eyes turn completely green. For fire males, their eyes turn red and for water elements, slate blue.

They loved peace, just like the wind, but they cherished loud music. Air elements were all males, and they had either silver or light lavender color for eyes. With the abilities to control air, wind, and their psychic ability, they loved to party. When they grow angry, stressed, of they use a lot of energy at once, their eyes become all white.

It was a day such as this when they UpRising conjured up evil and made the elements turn against each other. Using their weaknesses against each other. Turing fire against water, and causing them to divide. Resulting in earth and air elements to grow angry at fire and water. They wen their separate ways, to avoid the battle. Air elements going toward the US territory, and claiming it. Earth elements going to South America and living in the vast jungles.

Eventually, the battle between water and faire died down. But too much damage had been done for them to re-unite and live in peace. Fire elements ended up in Russia, while water elements ended up in Australia and the surrounding islands.

The fire and water elements had pushed themselves, and the other elements, almost to extinction. Accomplishing what the UpRising wanted. But, now, the UpRising couldn’t find them to finish the task.
