Nothing But A Memory

I don't know, read it and I guess you'll find out what it’s about.
I see you searching my eyes,
For the answers of my life,
To the key to my heart,

You never budge,
Even as I push you away,
You ask me if I'm okay,
Every day the answer is the same,

I tell you that I'm okay,
But you see through all my lies,
To the true person that lay inside,
You see my pain and you hear my desperate calls,

You search my eyes,
For the answers to my life,
To the key to my heart,
To find a way to understand,

Understand what makes me want to leave,
Leave this world far behind,
Be a part of its history,
Nothing but a mere memory
