Tony Little Quits Anna Nicole
Sources say exercise guru and loudmouth Tony Little has had enough of Anna Nicole and has "thrown in the towel."
Workout guru Tony Little was hired to be Anna Nicole Smith’s personal trainer and his job was to whip the overweight Smith back into shape during season 2 of The Anna Nicole Show. Last season’s "finale" ended with Anna Nicole finding Tony Little outside of her front door on his Gazelle Freestyle machine, promising to whip her into shape. It seems that task may have gotten the better of Little and sources say he was fed up with Anna Nicole and walked off the job.
A source close to Little says that Little’s "reputation was at stake" and he "just couldn’t do anything with this woman" because "she was just as fat after he trained her as she was before." Anna Nicole’s lawyer/friend/houseboy Howard K. Stern says that Anna Nicole did in fact follow Little’s advice and used the equipment to slim down "at least 40 pounds since last season." Stern says a roller-skating accident two months ago caused Anna Nicole to not be able to work out. A claim that the Little people deny. Their contention is that her knee is "just fine" and her "attitude" is the problem.
It was reported that Smith would say to Little, "Tony, I don’t feel like working out – give me a hug instead" or "Come out with us to McDonald’s. We don’t need to work out." Apparently, Little was fed up and moved on. Anna Nicole doesn’t seem that concerned with her weight anyway. And judging from her show, there are enough guys out there that don’t care about it either, so what is the problem? Maybe Tony Little is just embarrassed because, for the first time on TV, he wasn’t able to back up his (loud) promises. Next time, Tony, pick someone with an ounce of self-respect…that may make the difference.
