Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes: Baby Girl?
It has been reported that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are expecting the arrival of their first child any day now and it is rumored that she is having a girl.

Reportedly, Cruise and Holmes spent $20,000 at the Petit Tresor boutique in Los Angeles. It was reported that the couple purchased bedding and furniture suitable for a baby girl during their shopping trip. Samantha Winch, the store’s co-owner, said, "It’s very easy to rack up an expensive bill especially when you are as excited as Katie is and it’s your first baby." Along with the bedding and furniture, the couple reportedly purchased a stuffed elephant; a number of designer clothing items; a baby bag; and wallpaper. Nina Rioja, co-owner of Petit Tresor, said Holmes is "clearly happy" and "was so excited about everything."
Cruise recently appeared on the German television program Wetten, dass..? to promote his latest film Mission: Impossible 3 which is set to hit theaters next month. During the show Cruise said he had just come directly from the airport but was prepared to "head right back" because "Katie could be having our baby at any minute." Said Cruise, "If Katie calls, I’m gone" He also said he had two pilots on hand at the airport ready to fly him home if need be.
When question when he and Holmes would be getting married, Cruise said, "First the baby, then the film. Then, in summer, we want to get married. I won’t let this woman get away." He also revealed that they had decided on a name for the baby, but refused to give it up. No official word on where Holmes will deliver the baby, yet. It has been speculated that she will deliver at home or possibly at a Scientology compound. In late March, bags of diapers were delivered to the couple’s mansion in Los Angeles along with a poster that read "…but be silent and make all physical movements slow and understandable." It has been reported that Holmes will deliver the baby under Scientology guidelines of no painkillers and silently. Good luck, Katie!
