Together

A story of a young man. I lived in a place easy to trace...
I lived in a place easy to trace,
It's where I met a woman with style and grace,

Looking up at the daunting clouds,
Pondering my feelings for her aloud,

Why must I feel this way,
If I express my feelings what will she say,

Living in a world consumed by hate,
Unexcepting to the idea of fate,

I saw her one last time while standing in the hall,
She came towards me, nervously I felt like ending it all,

I stuttered as she came near to my hips,
She put a finger up and quieted my lips,

I knelt down to profess my love,
She pulled me up, I was expecting a shove,

She eyed me with a look that was smug,
She opened her arms and embraced me with a hug,

That day I will remember forever,
Because we will spend our life together.

Tell me what you think?
Yes, I liked it
Yes, but I would have changed...
No, it was too corny
