Paula Abdul's Sex Scandal
Paula Abdul has denied accusations that she paid an American Idol contestant to have an affair with her.

In a world where truth is often times stranger than fiction, one might not be surprised to hear the latest scandal surrounding a celeb. Earlier this month, a former American Idol contestant, Corey Clark, claimed that judge Paula Abdul, 42, paid him to carry on a secret affair with her. He alleged that Abdul paid his expenses, promised to pay $2 million to further along his music career if he kept the romance secret, and also threatened to destroy his career plans if he revealed the relationship. He said Abdul told him, "Don’t screw me or you’ll be sorry."
Clark, 24, was kicked off the show after it was discovered that he had assaulted his sister and resisted arrest. Now he is currently writing a tell-all book and is shopping his proposal to different publishers. In the book, Clark reportedly talks about other contestants on American Idol and describes in detail being in Abdul’s home. Clark alleges that the two had sex in the guest bedroom of her home. He also claims that someone told him that Justin Guarini, another American Idol contest, had "bragged about having an affair with Paula." Guarini has denied rumors that he was ever involved with Abdul. Abdul’s reps have denied all allegations.
In other Idol news, ABC’s Primetime Live is set to air an Idol special exploring "explosive claims" about "behind-the-scenes activities." Reportedly, the show is investigating whether any of the judges had inappropriate contact with any of the contestants and whether or not this tainted the judging. If there is any hanky panky going on between contestants and judges, will the audience get to call in and vote on their favorite performers?
