Britney Spears & Justin Timberlake Part 2

Sources say that the one golden couple is trying to put their differences behind them and are possibly reuniting. A source close to Spears said, "They see each other and talk a lot. They’re not committed to each other, and they know they can both date other people, but they are close. She cares a lot about him." Spears has been seen visiting Timberlake at his home a few times recently. The two pretty much have been keeping their distance since their March 2002 break up, but shortly before Timberlake’s birthday at the end of January the two seemed to put things behind them. For now they are just friends and a source says "they are taking it slow."

Timberlake broke up with Spears via his cell phone before a concert – ouch! – and the two have been struggling ever since. Timberlake was very vocal about the break-up, insinuating that Spears cheated on him. Even his video "Cry Me A River" had all signs pointing to that fact. Spears remained mum on the situation, but after a few months of his loose talk, Brit bit back with a song implying that she knew a secret about Justin. The latest news is that her video for her new single "I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll" shows Brit with the name "Ben" and a cell phone number on her hand. Sources say Britney had a fling with Ben Affleck last year and this video is a "low blow" for Justin.

With all the rumors it is hard to know what really is going on. Maybe Justin was able to forgive and forget. Maybe it is all a sham to drum up publicity for their respective careers. Even if the rumors are true and Britney has been "hanging out" with everyone in Hollywood…Justin has had his fair share of beauties on his arm since their split. Just recently there was word that he and his gal pal Jenna Dewan were getting back together. Guess we will have to wait and see where this relationship takes us.
