Kiefer Sutherland’s Crazy Night

Sources report that the 24 star’s drinking problem has gotten worse. A source said, "Kiefer’s been a big drinker, but now he’s pounding down the alcohol morning, noon, and night." He was recently spotted drinking Scotch at a gay bar at 9 a.m. There was a movie shooting across the street and Kiefer stumbled out of the bar to have a cigarette. When he came out, a number of the crewmembers recognized him and went over to have their picture taken with him.

An eyewitness said he was "falling down drunk" and "he seemed very happy and was obviously feeling no pain." Sources say that he was very nice, but that he "reeked of alcohol" and was "unsteady on his feet." According to the bartender, Kiefer began drinking at 9 a.m. and didn't stop until after 1 p.m. The bartender said, "Some girl pulled down her pants and showed her butt to him and he said in a slurring speech, 'I'll show you something.' Then he pulled down his pants and exposed his butt to her and everyone else in the bar!'"

Sources close to the actor have been becoming increasingly worried about his behavior. A few months ago he was involved in a drunken brawl that left him with six stitches to the face. It has been reported that he is well known at the dives in the Hollywood area where he lives. Sutherland can frequently be seen at any of the local places knocking back Scotch until the bar closes at 2 a.m. and then he heads off to the after hours clubs where he sometimes drinks until morning. One has to wonder how he functions on the set and in life in general.
