I Don’t Know You
It felt as if I was so alone there for a while...
Heart broken and shattered to the ground.
There's something I can't believe,
Why didn’t you just forgive me?
I'll rip out my heart and fall to pieces.
You don’t have a clue what I’ve been through.
Will we ever speak again?
This isn’t how I wanted it to end.
Now we'll never see the light.
Verbally, why did we have to fight?
This just isn’t right,
I’ll be surprised if I make through the night,
with so much pain built up inside.
I won’t forgive and I won’t forget.
I know the words I regret.
I hurt both of you and now there’s nothing I can do,
But sit back and listen.
Why don’t I know you?
I wish you could see how bad I feel,
and how I wish this wasn’t real...
