Wishing

Wishing someone was near you…
The pain we hide
Never letting go of what’s inside
Take the time
To reminisce the thoughts
I’m on this mount
Taking every breathe I can
As I oversee this land
Your love overcomes me
Overflowing like the sea
I call out your name
With all this fame
It’s nothing but a misery line
I wish I could reverse time
So it could be all fine
I bow down
Holding my hands together
Wishing so tight
Trying to let go of this fright
Be near me
So I can hold on
I have nothing but the phone
To hear your voice
When I hear all the nice
Dark rises
Thunders strike
Show me what its like
When you’re right beside me
