Hi everyone!

I am in software profession. When I had started my career, I had no idea of what level our frustration can attain and on what extent it can harm us. When I was new to this job, everything was so coooooool for me, I thought "There is no other profession I can enjoy better!", but when the work load increased, pressure and frustration started revealing their brutal face, stress was the only thing that held me and destroyed my enthusiasm, ultimately affecting my job satisfaction.

It could have become worst! But I was saved by the most ultimate thing I had learned few months back. Yoga is the only savior that has helped me fight stress. During the course I had learned how one can drive away frustration and stress.

If you are doing a job and are under stress, because of which you are not able to give your 100% and not able to bring about the result you want to give, Meditation is the only thing that can help you! Go ahead and take some good lessons from an expert Yoga teacher.

Can you imagine why only adults fall in the group of those who suffer from stress? Why children do not face stress? Even if a child is having a heavy load of studies from his school, he/she never falls to stress, but at the same time an adult will definitely feel stressed and will give up! The reason is that a child’s mind is fresh and has no ideas accumulated in it, whereas, we adults have many so called tensions. A child will not think about the problems or anything that he/she has to face in future, but at the same time an adult has worries of future and all the other stuff which creates congestion in his/her mind. That’s the key, which can help prevent us falling to stress. Everyone has gone through this phase, when we were kids, we had enjoyed each and every moment of our life, we had no worries at all, we played like there is no tomorrow. Why can’t we bring it back? Meditation and Yoga teaches us the same thing but in proper manner.

Along with this I have found some great tricks which can help us remove stress at a level:

1) Play the game you like, whenever you get enough time and are in mood to do so. When we play any game, we forget other worldly things; pressure starts decreasing and we feel free.

2) Reading books is my hobby and I enjoy it. Whenever I get bored of anything, I start reading books. You probably won’t like to read a book, but whatever you think can refresh you, adopt that habit. Keep in mind, the hobby is for few minutes to an hour or two but not for whole day, only when you are under stress.

3) Walk around for few minutes and try to be with yourself. It helps you develop new ideas, develop strategies what you should do and what you should not, how to work out on particular problem, and believe me it definitely reduces your stress.

4) If your head is spinning and you are having a strong headache, close your eyes and try to purge out whatever thoughts you have. Don’t think anymore; just try to attain the subconscious level, which is attained after 1 hour of sleep. During this time you won’t have any thought rumbling in your mind, let your mind and body rest. This helps our nerves calm down and the pressure will start decreasing.

5) Listen to soft music, but again keep in mind not go get involved in it for more than few minutes or you will start feeling like you don’t want to work anymore. Music stimulates us and can help us calm down. But if you get involved in it, your mind will not let you leave it and will make you stay away from your work.

6) Play with a child; I have never seen anything more effective than this which can help you forget your tension.

I have found these tricks very effective and I am sure that these will help you all too. If you have found anything that I haven’t mentioned above, please let me know, I would be delighted to here from you!
