Death to Romance

Do you think it is worth it?
To love someone
Who doesn’t love you?
Or who doesn’t even care.

It makes your blood boil
At the very thought
Of the words "Romance"
Or anything that goes with it.

Come upon valentine day
Your spitting with rage
You destroy everything in sight.

Starting with the loving couples
You finally realize
That you can’t remove love.

You go to his door
Knock once more.

Cut through his heart
And spell some words in his blood
"Death to Romance".
