Whitney Houston‘s Drug Problem

Houston’s sister-in-law has come out and spoken about the singer’s alleged crack addiction. Tina Brown, the sister of Houston’s husband Bobby, recently did an interview revealing just how addicted Houston is and has a picture that was allegedly taken of Houston’s bathroom after a "self-destructive" binge. The picture shows trash, leftover food, empty beer cans, pipes, rolling papers, lighters, and spoons which are used to cook powdered cocaine into crack.

Tina, 42, is a recovering addict and claims that she and Houston were "drug buddies" for months before she sought help. Said Tina, "I did crack with Whitney. The truth needs to come out. She won’t stay off the drugs. It’s every single day. It’s so ugly. Everyone is so scared she is going to O.D." Tina also said that Houston locks herself in her bedroom for days smoking crack, pleasuring herself with sex toys, and basically ignoring personal hygiene. It is believed that Houston has blown most of her fortune on drugs.

Houston was at the top of her game in the 80’s and early 90’s until she married bad boy Bobby Brown in 1992. Since then she has reportedly gone down hill on a steady decline. There have been numerous reports of physical and mental abuse, drug addiction, and eating disorders. Houston has been in an out of rehab a number of times and reportedly still can’t kick her drug addictions. Once a beautiful singer and actress Houston’s public appearances have waned greatly. Every time she is seen in public she is referred to a "frightfully emaciated" or "scarily skinny." In a 2002 interview with Diane Sawyer, Houston did admit to trying drugs but adamantly denied ever using crack. Houston famously said in the interview, "First of all, let's get one thing straight. Crack is cheap. I make too much for me to ever smoke crack. Let's get that straight, okay? We don't do crack. We don't do that. Crack is whack." Well, apparently it ain’t that whack, Whit!
