Joe Millionaire – The Romance is Over

Breaking news…the romance between Joe Millionaire’s Evan Marriott and Zora Andrich is now over according to sources.
Although that may have come as a shock to some of you, Andrich has confirmed that she has not seen or spoken to Marriott since they last saw each other for the February reunion. She did say that Marriott was a "nice guy" and she "liked him," but he seemed to be too "caught up in the spotlight." Andrich said she’d rather be with the "19,000 a year construction worker" than someone so consumed with being in the public eye.

Marriott chose Andrich from 20 single women vying for his affections. The catch was that the women thought he was worth $50 million, but he was a $19,000 a year construction worker. Andrich beat out everyone that Marriott thought was a gold digger and the "surprise" ending was that the couple was awarded with a $1 million check to be split between them. Andrich has yet to receive her share, but will be using it to help out family members who need medical attention.

Marriott is certainly enjoying his time in the spotlight and may be letting his ego get the best of him. He was recently approached to star opposite Mariah Carey in her latest video "Bringin’ on the Heartbreak." Marriott requested a salary of $50,000 (and who said he was dumb?!), which didn’t go over too well and he was demoted to a much smaller role – no word on how much he was paid for the video shoot. Sources on the video set said that Marriott complained about being "tired and exhausted" throughout the whole shoot. Maybe it is time to send him back to the construction field…seems he may be getting a little soft from the "fame."
