David Hasselhoff’s Abuse Claims
Court papers that were filed by Pamela Bach to obtain a restraining order against husband David Hasselhoff have been released to the public.

The court papers were filed earlier this month by Bach, 42, to obtain a restraining order against the Baywatch hunk and were originally sealed. The papers were made available to the public on Thursday and reveal that Hasselhoff is accused of physical and verbal abuse. Hasselhoff, 53, filed for divorce from Bach on January 12 citing irreconcilable differences. She filed her own papers a day later. Originally the split was believed to be amicable, but it quickly has turned into an ugly battle with each camp pointing fingers at the other.
Bach filed court papers claiming that Hasselhoff "terrorized" her on two separate occasions – once on February 18 and on February 24. Bach claims that on Feb 18, she was en route to Hasselhoff’s apartment to exchange custody of one of their daughters and said he called and threatened her. She claims Hasselhoff threatened to "break through my security gate, drive his car through the house, beat the door down and go into the house and take my [sic] all of my jewelry and sell it." She claims she feared for her safety and called and hired a security guard right away. A "similar" incident reportedly occurred on Feb 24 and police were called to the premises but declined to grant Bach’s request for an "emergency protective order."
Bach also claims that in December, Hasselhoff "grabbed me and pushed me hard into a car. In the past, he has also broken my nose." She also alleges he has called her a number of nasty names and a "drug addict" in front of their daughters Taylor, 15, and Hayley, 13. A judge has ordered that both Hasselhoff and Back undergo a psychiatric child custody evaluation and are to remain at least 100 years from one another unless exercising child visitation rights. Hasselhoff has alleged that Bach abused prescription and illegal drugs for the last few years of their marriage and behaved in a "volatile and erratic manner." The estranged couple is due back in court on April 4 for a hearing to determine if the restraining order needs to be extended from temporary to up to three years."
