Ashlee Simpson’s New Beau

Wilmer who? Ryan who? Ashlee Simpson is making a name for herself not only for her poorly received performances, but also for her revolving door of boyfriends. Most recently rumored to be romancing That 70’s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama and on-again off-again boyfriend singer Ryan Cabrera, now there are reports that Simpson is getting more intimate with one of her bandmates.

Simpson and an unidentified bandmate were spotted swapping spit at Marquee, a Manhattan hotspot, last week. It was reported that Simpson’s tonsil hockey partner could’ve been twins with her ex Cabrera. Most disturbing was the word that Ashlee and her friend were making out in the same booth where her sister Jessica and their father Joe were sitting. That is just creepy. Family bonding just a little too much.

Simpson seems to be enjoying life despite a few embarrassing incidents, most notably her infamous lip-syncing fiasco while hosting Saturday Night Live, which she initially blamed on her bandmates. She said, "You may not believe it, but humiliation can be a good thing, and you can grow from it. I don't regret any of this." Simpson is now in her second season of MTV’s The Ashlee Simpson Show, which chronicles her rise to fame and her every day life. She will be making her big screen film debut in the upcoming movie "Wannabes" and has appeared on numerous magazine covers. It seems that she is enjoying all the benefits of fame and she is young -- so why shouldn’t she date around?
