Nicollette Sheridan, Michael Bolton Engaged
Actress Nicollette Sheridan and singer Michael Bolton are officially engaged Sheridan’s rep announced Monday.

Nanci Ryder, Sheridan’s rep, confirmed the engagement saying Bolton popped the question over a weekend holiday in the Bahamas. Sheridan obviously said yes. This is the second round for Sheridan and Bolton who dated from 1992 to 1995. They rekindled their romance late last year. At the Golden Globes in January, Bolton said of the Desperate Housewives star, "Nicollette and I are very serious about each other. I am very committed. I have a good feeling about the future."
Well, apparently he was right. A source close to Sheridan said she wants to get married "as soon as possible." The two reportedly began seeing each other again in early December 2005, shortly after her engagement to actor Niklas Soderblom ended. The source said, "Nicollette was going through a difficult time after splitting with Nik and the last thing she expected was to get engaged again so soon. But then she and Michael realized how much they have in common."
This will be the second marriage for both. Sheridan, 42, was previously married to actor Harry Hamlin. The two were married from 1991 to 1993. Bolton, 53, and wife Maureen McGuire were divorced in 1990 after 15 years of marriage and they have three daughters. A friend of Sheridan’s reportedly said, "They are crazy about each other and when Michael got down on one knee Nicollette did not think twice." It was reported that in 1994 Sheridan said she hoped to have "the ultimate relationship" with Bolton…maybe the second times the charm and she’ll actually get her wish!
