Rose

About happiness...
The black rose gently falls,
It falls slowly down to rest,
And the petals weep tears,
As it is sweetly caressed.

I am still in my own thoughts,
Swarming around my head,
Thoughts of joy and happiness,
And beautiful words unsaid.

I am in complete bliss,
No one here to yell,
No one to interfere,
And no one has to know.

I’m alone in this world,
An unfamiliar place,
Yet I feel warmth and welcome,
And I have my own space.

I walk these empty roads,
And see all around me,
Happy faces smiling down,
Yet there’s no one here to see.

I feel no sadness here,
Only happiness and love,
My smile shines so bright,
Like the rising sun above.

I have no problems,
No care in the world,
I dance in open air,
And fly like a graceful bird.

Darkness fades away,
Into the dazzling light,
Beauty gleams upon me,
And I know everything is all right.

I set myself to sleep,
At the end of this amazing day,
When I discovered true happiness,
And all my problems went away.

The black rose gently falls,
It falls slowly down to rest,
And the petals weep tears,
As it is emotionally blessed.

On the coffin in which I lay.
