Laker’s Rick Fox Wild Night

Just before basketball season started, Vanessa Williams was starring in a musical revival of Into the Woods in New York City. One evening her husband, Rick Fox, was about 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles partying with friends – including model-turned-actor Taye Diggs. The pair, along with a few unnamed friends, hit the club scene in Hollywood at a well-known nightclub, Joseph’s. Soon the two guys, Rick, and Taye, were surrounded by a bevy of beauties.

According to sources, the group then met up with banker Amir Attaie, who invited them all back to continue the party at his place. At around 3 a.m., the party was just getting started at Amir’s apartment in Beverly Hills. The crowd reportedly included Amir, Rick, and about half-a-dozen girls from the club. A source says, "Amir was calling more friends and inviting them over. The building manager banged on the door and threatened to call the cops." Sources say that Rick then took a chair into the shower and one by one three blonde women took turns with him in the bathroom – each spending approximately 10-15 minutes. The party was eventually broken up around 5:30 a.m. after the building manager threatened to call the cops.

Risa Shapiro, Rick Fox’s spokeswoman, did confirm he had been to Joseph’s that night and invited to an after party. She said, "He says he only stayed at the party for half an hour. He was not involved in any wild partying with other women." Amir Attaie claims that Rick was at the party, but doesn’t know what, if anything, he did with any other women. Amir was "in a bedroom with one of the girls" and "wasn’t watching Rick." Amir did then say, "I don’t know what Rick Fox and the girls were doing – if anything. All I know is that I found a chair, still in the shower, in the morning." Hmm…makes you wonder what really happened!
