Sophia Bush Claims Fraud

Bush, 23, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday seeking to annul marriage to Murray, 24. There has been no official reason given for the split, but it has been hinted that Murray cheated on the actress. Reportedly, charges of fraud can be "difficult to prove," but if a judge does not grant Bush’s annulment request she can petition the court for a divorce. Bush follows actress Renee Zellweger in the "fraud trend." Is "fraud" the new "irreconcilable differences?"

There have been rumors that Murray has a wandering eye. Bush alluded to Murray’s cheating during an interview saying, "I’m a big girl. I’m a strong girl. It’s not that I don’t respect other women in my position, but there are things I won’t forgive." A friend of Bush’s reportedly said, Sophia went into the marriage believing in the sanctity of marriage and Chad simply did not share that vision."

The couple met on the set of the hit WB show One Tree Hill and began dating shortly there after. Within weeks of saying "I do" there were rumors that the marriage was in trouble. In September Bush released the following statement, This is a difficult and unfortunate situation. I am glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later." Murray released his own statement that read: "I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating. This is a very difficult time for me." The two continue to star opposite on another on One Tree Hill, and Bush claims that she has no problem with it saying that she keeps her personal life and her job separate.
