President Bush and the Five Halloween Monsters. Part IIIb – France

Contrarily to Russia and China, France was the colonial imperium par excellence.
And contrarily to Russia and China, France currently wages an all-out war against America. In this second part of the analysis, we are going to examine what the stakes are, and what the correct measures would be for America to take.

France: a conscious and vicious war against America

‘France is in war, but the French do not know it’ used to be a beloved motto of Francois Mitterrand after the collapse of Soviet Union in 1991, and many people have quoted him in this regard: ‘la France est en guerre mais les Francais ne le savent pas’. Against whom? Russia? China? England? India? Brazil? Certainly not!

France is conscious that its colonial empire to which Paris aspires so much has no chance to be materialized in a world where America intends to pursue anti-colonial policies, and diffuse Democracy, Freedom, Human Rights, as well as Multiculturalism, and Post-Colonial Education and Perception of the World History.

It is not for love for Saddam Hussein that Chirac threatened to use his funny veto! Without an American attack against Iraq, France could have made use of the Iraqi criminal dictator and his sons for the next four to five decades.

In this regard, it is crucial to notice that the danger for France would not be a pro-American dictator in Iraq. The real danger for France in Iraq is:
1. the collapse of the concept of Pan-Arabism with the revelation of the real Aramaic character of that country, as well as of many other Arabic speaking countries of the Asiatic part of the Middle East.
2. the imposition of a genuine and correct approach to Oriental History that would permeate the education, the culture, the intellectual and the ideological life, as well as the behavioural system of the various Oriental peoples.
3. the end of the use of a fake and meaningless name for that country (Iraq) and the imposition of the historically correct name, Aram – Nahrain / Mesopotamia.
4. the creation of various independent regions within Aram Nahrain / Mesopotamia for the Aramaeans, the Turkmens, the Kurds, the Shia and the Sunni Arabic speaking people.
5. the imposition of Aramaic as the main language at the level of Primary and Secondary Education for all the various peoples of Aram Nahrain, which would drive the colonially imposed, foreign, ‘Arabic’ culture to a dead end, capacitating therefore the country to take off, according to the Turkish model.
6. the diffusion of this approach allover the region and the ensuing changes (domino effect) that would make of today’s meaningless ‘Algeria’ a genuine ‘Berberia’ that should encompass Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia and Libya with Berberic – not Arabic – as official language.

One must not expect France to reassess data, reinterpret History, and reconsider options. France will stick to its effort to control politically Europe, to keep the Middle East and Africa in a disastrous situation, and to utilize Russia, India, China, and eventually Brazil against America. France wants to limit England’s influence in Europe, and America’s influence throughout the world, by means of a mischievous Multipolarism. It sounds logical and nice to view a world organized around many poles, and not just one. But the concept covers a filthy, antihuman and totalitarian scheme.

Quite unfortunately for France, these wishful, ‘many’ poles are meant to be of perverse and malignant use against numerous peoples allover the world, against Eastern Turkistan, Tibet, and Yakutia, against the Aramaeans of the Middle East, Berbers of Northwestern Africa, the tyrannized Oromos of Abyssinia (‘Ethiopia’), the Nubians, Fur, Dinka, Nuer, Beja and other oppressed peoples of Sudan, against the Albanians of Kossovo and Macedonia who passionately desire to unite with the Albanian motherland, against the Montenegrins who want to secede from Serbia, and against the Polynesians and the Corsicans, who aspire to national independence – far from Cemetery–France.

In the barbaric, bogus-multipolar world of Jacques Chirac, an analphabetic, poor, underdeveloped and dysfunctional country like Egypt, with oppressed its Coptic and Nubian minorities, ‘should’ represent the Islamic World within the UN Security Council – not a European, civilized, developed, and multicultural country like Turkey!

Who has a doubt that everything will turn worse within such a satanically pernicious and paranoiac, bogus-multipolar, world? The power of the tyrants would rise, and the martyrdom of the tyrannized peoples would continue…

Is it not clear that France continues perceiving everything in Manichean terms of improvement (for the colonial center), and deterioration (for the colonial periphery)?

Islamic Terrorism is the main weapon France intends to use against America.

Engulfing the US in many various fronts, and inflaming the Anti-Semitic and Anti-American Hatred of tenebrously uneducated and deliberately uncivilized masses are the two axes of French policy against America. France counts on American poor conceptual approach, lack of focus on the historical details, and overall conceptual deficiency.

If the present administration applies the conclusions of Martin Bernal, the famous author of ‘Black Athena’, on its foreign policy decision-making, France is lost. France counts on that this development will not take place in America, where academia are relatively distant from the State Department and the Pentagon. The presence of Condoleezza Rice is a very positive development in this regard.

France hopes that America will keep having ‘friends’ like the Saudi family, the anachronistic Egyptian and the Pakistani military dictators, and the trivial figure of Abdullah of Jordan.

France hopes that America will not discover and unveil the discriminatory, racist, and historically false French version of World History that is the epitome of the Colonial Dogma and that America will not denounce the globally perilous and absolutely racist nature of the French Orientalism. To take into account official reactions to the reelection of President Bush, ‘France will not make a "one-way compromise"’ said foreign minister Barnier, insisting on his assumption that ‘the U.S. can't be alone to face the challenge of terrorism, poverty, development, instability in the world -- we need to be together’.

If Barnier wants to be with the U.S., this is not due to thunderous applause and overwhelming love for America. It is because France counts on continuing disorienting America. By pretending to be an ‘ally’, France has always tried to divert America from its anti-colonial vocation that is still at the epicenter of President Bush’s first speech after his reelection. In this way, France tries to make of the U.S. an ineffective giant, and to reduce the impact of the overwhelming economic and military power of America on today’s world to a superficial level, if compared to the long-term French imperial policy guidelines and aspirations.

In the sense that France persistently refrains from presenting its abominable face in the daylight, Paris should be considered as the worst enemy of Washington, far crueler and far more venomous than Soviet Moscow, Nazi Berlin, or Islamist Tehran.

The French diplomacy is programmed to act as disorientation of all eventual rivals. Barnier’s words ‘I think American people are lucid, realistic and pragmatic’ imply that President Bush’s idealist approach of diffusing Democracy and Freedom, Multiculturalism and Human Rights, and rejecting colonial historical dogmas of discriminatory character are not realistic.

Foreign Minister Barnier was not ashamed to go on suggesting that ‘we have to see that the alliance between Europeans and Americans is vital, and it should serve peace, freedom and democracy’ which is an oxymoron.

For America nothing can be more vital than sticking to the great ideals stipulated by the Founding Fathers. If America sticks to these ideals, they will prove to be lethal for the persistent colonial aspirations of France. The correct answer to that ridiculous minister of Chirac is that, if France wants to be accredited with anything related to Democracy and Freedom, then the tyrannical Raffarin government must organize free referenda in both ‘French’ Polynesia and Corsica, where the local populations aspire to Freedom and immediate Secession from mainland France.

The possible Allies of America in the War against France

The pro-European political spectrum of England has continuously joined France in this policy trickery of ‘disorienting friendliness’ or ‘friendly enmity’.

America needs genuine apotropaic practices to utterly destroy the French complot. A cooperation with the pro-Atlantic political spectrum of England will be essential and effective, since these British political forces consist in the survival of the most authentic British colonial party, all those who wished to set up the basic rules of a global free market, accommodating themselves with an early and aristocratic multiculturalism, and refusing to impose British culture and to propagate disastrous aberrations like the Colbert dirigisme and any similar, centralized economy concepts.

Italy is another ally of America, since Rome has been permanently victimized, marginalized and inferiorized by Paris within the European Union, where the absurd and ludicrous French diplomats want to depict an entire continent ruled by a Supreme Troika, France, Germany and England, in which London should always represent the … minority. More the current Berlusconi administration emphasizes on the anti-Italian stand of France, more voters he will gain to his cause.

Japan is another strategic partner for America, since Tokyo has no major position in the bogus multipolar world vision of the Elysee crypto-tyrants. Furthermore, Mexico is not pleased with the French plans to make of Brazil the sole ‘pole’ of Latin America. As a member state of NAFTA, Mexico would appreciate the American support for a globally higher position within the UN that would enable the first Hispanophone country to preserve a level of status parity with the first Lusophone country. Poland in Europe, Turkey and Israel in the Middle East, South Africa in Africa, India and Australia are also the correct allies for America in the forthcoming diplomatic war with France.

More than anything else America must realize that its best friends are the oppressed peoples allover the world, the most tyrannized victims of the Colonial Order. America must undo the French subtle myth of the American superpower crashing ‘small’, ‘impotent’ and ‘innocent’ nations. The Truth must ultimately prevail; these nations are not ‘small’, ‘impotent’ or ‘innocent’!

Take the example of a forthcoming American attack against Iran; the French myth would function against America in the well known way: ‘America is a colossal country that wants to dominate a small country like Iran because of its oil resources, and the American pretext is now the development of nuclear facilities by the Ayatullahs of Tehran’. America cannot afford to embark on such an exploit, without undoing the French mass media myth properly.

In such a case, America should embark on a great war at the level of communications and media, emphasizing that Iran is a colossal country tyrannizing various victimized peoples, namely the Azeris, the Turks, the Turkmens, the Kurds, the Loris, the Bakhtiaris, the Aramaeans, the Baluchis and the Armenians, the Parsis, the Bahais, and other minorities of that country. The American and friendly mass media should become the tribune of every oppressed Azeri, Turk, Turkmen, Kurd, Lori, Bakhtiari, Aramaean, and Baluchi of Iran, who would then become the best advocate of America, revealing to the entire world how the gigantic, omnipresent, powerful, and criminal government of Iran tyrannized them since 1979. The Media War against the perverse anti-American myth of France must be won by the bringing to the forefront of the international diplomatic stage the numerous oppressed peoples of the world.

Seven Seals for an American Victory over Colonial France

1. United Nations – Formation of Anti-French UN SC majority

America must be in favour of a thorough Remaking of the international body; but America should be vigilant in order to guarantee that the Remaking will be totally anti-colonial. Opting for Isolationism, America would play according to the wish of the French. Going ahead unilaterally, America would make the game easier for the French, since others would act against the U.S., not France (all the ‘tiny’ – but truly ‘big’ – dictators of the world). America must bring forth a Security Council with permanent members representing properly our world, and make sure that such a representative S.C. would form an anti-French majority. If America and England are a minority when confronting France, Russia and China, they should count on Japan and Italy to reach parity with the other group that would be reinforced by Germany. If India’s vote would be expected not to be cast always with the same group, Turkey and South Africa would be instrumental in helping the U.S to shape a stable anti-French majority, since Brazil and Mexico would counterbalance each other.

By contributing to the formation of a Tribune of Oppressed People, by offering to their representative a seat of Permanent Observer by the UN Security Council, and by empowering Israel with a similar position, America will show its global commitment to Democracy and Representativity, unmasking the surviving French Colonial structures. No one would speak of an American hegemony anymore.

2. European Union – The US should present its candidacy for EU membership.

America must work in a way to critically and irreversibly destroy the French plan of raising a unified Europe against America. This implies a strong support for ‘No’ in several referenda for the ‘Constitution’ that Giscard d’ Estaing, a political relic of the French dirigisme, wants to impose on an entire continent. England, Italy and Poland lead currently the anti-French pole within the European Union, but the eternal bargain that takes place in the Babel Tower of Brussels exposes small countries to French political countermeasures, as well as to the subsequent German economic reprisals.

Who is courageous enough to hear arrogant, superfluous, paternalistic and pathetic Jacques Chirac say that ‘they missed an excellent opportunity to shut up’?

The anti-French, liberal part of Europe must be reinforced. The French plans in the Balkans must be totally outmaneuvered. Kossovo must be recognized as an independent country, and if a subsequent referendum suggests so, Kossovo must unite with motherland Albania. Montenegro must be allowed to secede from Serbia, and in that uncivilized, central Balkan country, Voivodina and Sandjaq must be encouraged to hold referenda, and secede from the Serbian Orthodox fanatic contamination that has been manipulated by France and Greece over the past ten years.

Then, Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, Kossovo, Montenegro, as well as Moldova, and Ukraine must be encouraged to present their candidacy for European Union membership to disseminate more despair among the French and the Germans with respect to their plans of dominion over the European ‘dwarfs’.

It would make sense for America to support Turkey for European Union membership, and President Bush acted repeatedly in this regard, creating evident French reactions. Turkey is economically more advanced and industrially more developed than Romania and Bulgaria, two countries that expect to be easily accepted in 2007 as full members. France worries that Turkey will oppose its plans of an anti-American Europe, and French politicians and diplomats anticipate that Turkey, thanks to its large population and to the consequent great number of Members of European Parliament it will get, if obtaining full membership, will put the tombstone on the perverse Franco-German vision of a dual dominion over the entire continent. The importance of Turkey lies elsewhere: in its role as key ally for America in reshaping the entire Middle East and the Islamic World in a totally disastrous way for the French colonial plans.

When the debate about Europe is rekindled, America should have enough support within the European Parliament, and advocates to suggest that
a. Russia must also become a member of the European Union (already said by Berlusconi) and
b. America must also become a European Union member state in the sense that the United States has mostly been a country made up by European settlers. This should be stressed in the years ahead.

3. Africa – Break down colonial structures of oppression, starting with Sudan.

Remaking Africa is essential for America. This will not be effectuated without the breakdown of surviving colonial structures of oppression methodically and copiously put in place by France and England. America should not be disoriented by false suggestions that the time now is ripe for reunifying, not subdividing. The correct answer to such impertinent proposals would be to question ‘reunifying whom with whom?’ The situation in Europe, North America and South East Asia is very different from the tribal wars of Africa, where European powers imposed structured colonialism superimposing various levels of oppression. America must go to the cell of Democracy, the small – tribal – society, and inject democratic rules, preservation of language and culture, modernization, hygiene, and respect for the environment.

Breaking down tyrannical structures and states like ‘Ethiopia’ (Abyssinia is the correct name of that multi-ethnic and multi-religious country), Nigeria and Sudan is necessary. Taking Democracy, Freedom, Human Rights, Language and Culture Preservation to small communities is far easier a task than making it prevail among multiethnic states, where ethnic, racial, and religious hatred prevailed for centuries.

When the correct structures are set among the small ethnic, linguistic, cultural and religious groups of Africa, several spheres of re-unification will emerge here and there. Everything must start in Africa with Sudan. America must be in Khartoum within a few months. The formation of seven independent states in the area of present day Sudan is the key for America’s success and France’s failure in Africa.

4. Iraq – Rename it Aram Nahrain / Mesopotamia, and break it to five states.

The only chance for America to achieve its goals in Iraq is to reconsider everything that American statesmen, diplomats, specialists, academia and intellectuals have in mind. America must recommend to the ethnic, religious, cultural, and linguistic groups of that colonial artificial entity that the correct and authentic name for the area they inhabit is Aram - Nahrain / Mesopotamia. Iraq must become the tombstone of Pan-Arabism, that bogus-ideology and historical - interpretational scheme of France that contributed to the international diffusion of the historical confusion that the Arabic speaking Aramaeans of Iraq and Syria, of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Israel, of Kuwait, Iran, Turkey, Qatar and the Emirates are ... Arabs, and not Aramaeans.

Pan-Arabism, settled at the governmental level through the shape of criminal dictatorial establishments allover the Middle East, is instrumental for France in its war against America.

The vociferous reaction of France against America's pursuit of the murderous regime of the Saddam Hussein thugs would look as a pale smile to the unprecedented hysteria that will invade France, if America announces
- the renaming of Iraq into Aram - Nahrain / Mesopotamia
- the breaking down of the entire country into five separate regions - states for the main five ethnic-religious groups, namely the Aramaeans, the Turkmens, the Kurds, the Shia and the Sunni, and the ensuing deportation of populations
- the imposition of the mother tongue (Aramaic, Turkmen, Kurdish and Arabic) in the Primary and Secondary Education throughout the five regions of the country
- the imposition of the Aramaic as the main national language for Turkmen, Kurdish and Arabic native speakers
- the introduction of a cultural - educational programme of ultimate de-Arabization and rapid re-Aramaization that will bring the entire country closer to its roots and real identity
- the extensive diffusion of an anti-colonial, new Orientalist, viewpoint and academic model in the Historical Education throughout the country that will testify to an absolute rejection of the French Greco-Romano-centric falsehood, and
- the exit of Aram - Nahrain / Mesopotamia (former ‘Iraq’) from the Arab League

If France is met with properly anti-colonial American policies in Iraq, the threat will be felt as real, and panic will prevail in every expression of the French diplomats who pursued a perverse and antihuman work of methodic alteration of the Middle Eastern History and of systematic deformation of the identity of the Middle Eastern peoples. This hysterical French reaction will be for America the ultimate proof that they stand on the right side, and that their work in the Middle East eliminates the nefarious results of the criminal French colonial acts.

5. Middle East - Exterminate the terrorist Arab League, the epicenter of anti-American Hatred and anti-Western Barbarism.

America's victory over France will be won in this terrain. This is not an aphorism, but a historical conclusion about the extremely antihuman nature of France's colonial work carried out throughout this region. America must help local peoples rediscover their real identities, namely
a. Aramaic in the Asiatic part of the Middle East (with the exception of Yemen, Oman and Saudi Arabia)
b. Yemenite in Yemen and Oman (the ancient Yemenites, Sabaeans, Hadhramawtis, Himyarites, Qatabanis, and Omanis had nothing in common with the Arabs of Hedjaz, and contrarily to the uncivilized Hedjaz, pre-Islamic Yemen was the high land of civilization throughout the peninsula)
c. Egyptian - Coptic in Egypt
d. Khammitic - Kushitic and Nilo-Saharic African in Sudan, and
e. Khammitic - Berberic in Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Mauritania

America's work in the Middle East must advance fast, because Islamic terrorist groups, mixed with various levels of Pan-Arabic ideological intoxication and pushed by France, intend to pursue their own agenda's topics, making American action always more difficult.

While introducing the aforementioned measures in Iraq, America must be in Khartoum within the next few months, and then break this artificial, colonial entity into seven countries that will become a realm of Freedom and Human Rights for the respective Fur (Darfur), Haussa (Kordofan), Dinka and Nuer (the South), Beja (the East), Nubian (the North), and Arabic speaking (the Central part) peoples of the Sudan.

America and Turkey must advance together, and before Fall 2005, in Iran and destroy the bogus Islamic theo-clepto-cracy of the Ayatullahs, reestablishing the Pahlavi dynasty in power and liberating the numerous ethnic - linguistic minorities, the Azeris, the Turks, the Turkmens, the Kurds, the Arameans, the Loris, the Bakhtiaris, and the Baluchis. Religious freedom for the oppressed Bahais, Ahl-e Haq, Christian Aramaeans, and Parsis of Iran must be guaranteed.

End 2005 should be the turn of Syria. If that country
a) does not come up with a complete rejection of the tyrannically imposed bogus-Arab 'identity',
b) does not reestablish its Aramaic identity,
c) does not respect the Human Rights with regard to its various minorities,
d) does introduce an overwhelming program of market liberalization and speedy privatization, abandoning the abode of the Uncivilized and the Barbaric that has always been the Arab League,
then America, Turkey and Israel must march to Damascus before the end of the year.

Through such a policy the shock will be tremendous throughout the region, and the puppets of France will be terrified. A Turkish - American alliance will send to the perverted extremist bogus-sheikhs of Islam, as well as to their puppets, the clear message that either they will apply within a year the reforms Kemal Ataturk introduced in Turkey in the 20s and the 30s, or the time given to them has ended.

And this summarizes what the work of America should be in the Middle East, if the intension is to exterminate the tri-cephalic monster French Colonialism - Arabic Nationalism - Islamic Terrorism: either all the countries will rediscover their true, non - Arabic, identity, and will understand that the only way for an Islamic country to exist in our world is Secular Turkey of Kemal Ataturk, or all the countries that oppose this change or do not apply it by end 2006 will be exposed to total destruction of their tyrannical structures.

And with Turkey as an ally, America will not be accused by France and Ossama Bin Laden as 'enemy of Islam'.

6. The Colonial Model of History - Break down the Greco - Romanocentrism

A vast criticism of the European Classical Studies and Orientalism must take place within the American academia, and then with political support it must become the epicenter of debates in the UNESCO, before being exported to African and Asiatic countries, where it will be rather accepted as Western expiation for numerous centuries of biased Western Colonial History and Historiography. This will bring about the ultimate collapse of the academic background on which France based its diplomacy and its colonial – imperial aspirations for more than two centuries.

7. France - Liberate Polynesia, Guiana, Corsica and Brittany

Liberating the oppressed peoples of Polynesia, Guiana and Corsica should become no 1 priority for the American policy towards France. Finally, with due support to the Gaelic, anti-Frankish elements of Brittany, America will bring the war to the very heart of Leviathan – France.
