As the Olympics head into the final week, the ice hockey competition heats up. Here's a look at the teams left in the tournament.

Belarius

Canada

Czech Republic: They won the gold medal four years ago in Nagano. There's no reason to believe they won't repeat again in Salt Lake.

Finland: They're the team in the blue and white that always seems to be in the hunt for medals at the Olympics. They have this habit of sneaking up on the favorites and knocking them out of medal contention. Just ask Canada.

Germany

Russia: Talk about pressure. Russia wants to win so badly that the coach of the hockey team is hand picked by no one less than your country's ruler. Meet team Russia.

Sweden: They are the team that may surprise everyone, just like they shocked Team Canada in the opening qualifying round of the Olympic tournament.

United States
