Parent - Add two more letters in God.

Abstract

To understand this topic is very easy. It is very emotional. It is full of joy. It is full of sadness. It is beyond faith. It is an example of God. I can understand its value when I am far from it. It is the first step towards love. This is about those two persons who were eager to welcome you on this earth when you were born. It’s everything about "Parents". There is a proverb in China. "To understand your parents' love, you must raise children yourself". But I feel it is better for me to understand parents’ love as early as possible to love them in return.

Understanding five letters

A parent is a live example of God’s love in the world. I wish to extend the five letters of PARENT in my way.

P - patience
A - affection
R - rational
E - emotion
N - nucleus (Center and foundation of your life!)
T - tragedy (suffering)

Parent is full of patience

Mother is synonym of patience and love. She gives birth to a child after a long patience of nine months. Father has patience for lifetime to fulfill a child’s every wish. Father never cares for his personal wish. He just worries about child’s wishes fulfillment. Let it be a small gift on birthday or your job or your home.

Parent is an another name of affection

Parent’s love and affection has no boundary or distance. Even if you are in hostel or other city, any pain to you gives pain to your parents. Elizabeth Stone said, " Making the decision to have a child - it's momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart walking around outside your body." Parents will never acknowledge you how much they love you. Child hardly able to know their joys, griefs and fears. Affection can never be presented in words. Even if your father always get angry with you that doesn't mean he doesn't like you. Sometime we also get angry with our mind or heart. But still they are our part of bodies.

Something rational in this world

If you don’t know the meaning of reality or rational, no need to look up at sky. Look your parents. Property, education, status or body, nothing is real. Only love is rational. Why your parents should bother about your growth? Are you going to return anything? Check out history. On which page is it written, any child has been able to return to its parents? Truth is your parents love creates world for you. In this world you mean different moments which may be full of happiness or sadness. We see the past, present and future from our parents’ eyes. There is only one heaven. This heaven is made of your parents and you.

Being with parents always adds extension of my life. There is only one difference between home and house. One is full of emotions. Another one is empty. Mario Cuomo expressed " I talk and talk and talk, and I haven't taught people in 50 years what my father taught by example in one week." It is true that we do not learn practicality of world from home. I agree that we rarely learn practicality of world being at home. I did least work at home. In my first twenty years, everything was ready and made. Everything was bought for me. I faced least problems. But being with parents will teach you how to face practical world or problems in next eighty years of life.

Foundation of your life

I have seen many people teaching and preparing guidelines for their parents. " You don’t know papa." " It was your age." " Don’t you think it is very costly to buy, cant you maintain with old one?" We ask number of questions and arguments with our parents. Remember child exist in the world as parents are. Parents are the strong foundations of child’s future. Birth, growth, stability and maturity - all four life spans are laid on one foundation called "Parents". Please do not try to overcome your parents. You were small and ignorant than your parents till you die. A parent is the only reality for child. Rest is mystery. Child is living part of parent’s body on the earth. And this is truth. "The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life." - Richard Bach. If nothing else, forward respect and joy to your parents to create heaven on earth.

Make their lives successful. Don’t make it tragedy

For parents, life is a test. Child is a subject. Tragedy is that they get results in end of life - in old age. It doesn’t matter if you can do nothing for your parents in terms of materials. Parents will not feel anything bad if you are unable to manage trips or properties. Let it be hut. But when they are at end of life, seat near them. Help them. Hug them. Try to give every moment full of joy and satisfaction instead of complaining for small world’s damn material things. Prove their life in terms an honorable life instead of a tragedy end of life. If you are good children, then you will be absolutely good parents. Parents are precious gifts of God. Ed Howe said " Families with babies and families without babies are sorry for each other."

Small experience!

Being a father of mother is just starting of second half part of life. Anyhow I am yet to feel it. For any parents ‘seeing their child walking first time’ or ‘listening first word’ is just inexpressible. Only parents can feel it. Everyday becomes a festival. Parents start to forget anniversary day and know only child’s birthday. Parents become children. Growing up a first child becomes new degree course for them. Especially it happens with mother. Remembrance of these moments helps parents in old age. I don’t know but for my parents I am always small. Even if I am 22 years old, for them I am just small kid still fast growing child. " You got young too early".

Parents want to see their children healthier, smart and strong. However we know it doesn’t happen with all the children. For any defects in child parents feel upset with themselves. Although father is strong behavioral entity in family, mother makes child stronger psychologically, no matter whether child is physically strong or not.

Who loves child more?

Both love you. But styles are different. "The father is always a Republican toward his son, and his mother's always a Democrat." differentiated Robert Frost.

When will you understand if not today?

Jack Welch wrote. " One of my life’s great regrets is not being able to give her all the things I could if she were alive today. The night she died, I felt cheated, angry and at God for taking my mother from me. Without my mother, my father was a lost soldier. He jut ate himself to death with the wrong foods. He was alive when I walked into the hospital elevator to get to his floor. By the time I reached his bedside, he had died. I was thrown for a loop. My mother and father were gone, and I was feeling awfully sorry for my self."

You can only understand meaning of the word " Parents" only when you loss their love forever. This is proved in everyone’s life.
