Shatavari - Herbs From The Land of India

Information about the herb Shatavari which is helpful to both men and women and because of its qualities which is called 'Women's Best Friend'.

Shatavari also known as Asparagus Recemosus is one such herb that is found throughout India in low jungles, which can help men and women in many ways. Shatavari helps in treating ulcers and acidity related complaints.

It helps in minimizing the women's complaints related to menstrual cycles (Statavari minimizes the pain, controls the loss of blood and other fluids during menstrual cycle). Shatavari is considered to be one of the most helpful herbs for women as it helps in balancing the female hormonal system. It also helps in decreasing the inflammation of femal sexual organs, in fighting tiredness and morning sickness, helps in problems related to infertility, leucorrhea, and in regulating ovulation etc, which occur during the menopause cycle and is considered to be the worst nightmares of any woman.
