On Valentine's Day : Don’t delay. Do it today

Just dream it. Think of a light blue shaded sky. Think of pleasant air with smell of roses. Imagine of someone who is missing in your life. Some one who is not around but still you love more than any one else. Yes you can do it because you do it daily. "Love". Whenever I speak this word, it gives me life of more than hundreds years of life. If somebody is died and if I think of this word, I feel like a person who is died just before few minutes is going to be alive in next few minutes. Love is something magical. It is a language the deaf can hear, a song the crippled can dance on, and a sunset the blind can see.

It is easy for me to write about it. It gives me much pleasure, peace and rest to my tensed mind when I read something on it. But I only know how much real in my life it is! It is tough to feel it.

I always dream a love in terms of a beautiful girl friend that listen to me, who be with me all the way, who appreciates my every effort even if it is wrong and then I can say I also got love in my life. I found deserts and no rain. Love has no unique form. It can be in any form.

The definition of it starts from the God. Love is God and God is love. A mother is a picture of God’s love.

I found no days of childhood without rain. Every day of my childhood was full of love. I thank god for giving me least understanding in those days.

Love changes forms. But every change multiplies amount of it.

Yesterday I was in train. I got a call from my papa who had just left me on station with smile. I replied him " Papa, why are you wasting money? You have just left me an hour ago. I will complete my journey and inform you whether I am safe or not?" A man who was seating in front of me was bit older around 40 – 50 years of age. He said " Dear, You will not understand value of your call at this time. You will get value of this call when the caller will not be around you. Even if you wish, you will not get chance to talk to your father." I caught the theme.

It is human nature. We find a little happy with what we have. We always feel empty for what we don’t have. And we miss true love by mistake. So give love today. Love your family. Love others. Love God.
He will see it that you have sufficient love, and give you more in return than you can ever give away.

Let me be frank with you. I have got more than three failures when I tried to express my love. I keep seeing doors of a person whom I loved rather the person itself. Anyhow success and failure are two sides of your life. Failure doesn’t matter. What I learned is " Love is best found when looking to give it to another." Stop dreaming. Love is real. I will not suggest anything. I will not suggest you to waste time on waiting for some one to just have a look. It is not true. Love is taking action – positive, genuine, definite action- to reach out and helps others, proving your love for them. Even I have seen some sad stories. Even if you love truly someone, help him or her, your beloved leave you alone for one day. And you find all the things wastage in life. You find yourself foolish. You find death easier than life. You grab all bad habits. You just stop loving your self.

First of all, Love always comes back to you a hundred times over. Second, in any situation of life, don’t stop loving yourself. If you can take care of yourself, you can take care of others. If you can love yourself, you should try for others. If you start loving somebody believe it is beautiful, you should know roses might have thorns. But they are still beautiful. The greatest joys and pleasures in life are often accompanied by a little pain. If your heart is breaking, give it to god to mend.

When you think of gaining something return from love, you need to think of love from starting. Love never expects anything in return. It is your desire to have someone you love to be with you for whole life. And that is why there are two tragedies in life. One is to lose your heart’s desire. The other is to gain it. Love is more powerful than desire.

Trust is other part of love. Love and trust are inseparable. You can’t have one without other. I love my sisters very much. Because she brought me up. I am the youngest one. My childhood is full of emotions and love filled up by my family. I love everyone, as I trust him or her blindly. Same thing happens with the other person whom you love. You make him or her to believe that you are trustworthy and you are wishing good for your beloved. I expressed my love without taking care of this thing. She rarely saw me earlier. I hardly talked with her. I expressed because I kept watching her behavior for so long time. I knew she was most truthful girl. She was the same girl matching most of my expectations. And when you expect something in return in love, you fail the truth of it. I never took care of her point of views. And that’s why I got failure in understanding meaning of word.

God loves you. To prove it, he’s made all the beauties and pleasures of nature for you to enjoy. The love of god is more constant than any other love you will ever find. You believe him. You trust him. You worship him. Love teaches you how to worship. And this is simple definition of your love towards him.

What to do if you want to help someone and the other person don’t allow you to do so? How to prove your true love? Please don’t use any material things to prove your love. Giving big gifts and parties just create illusion of love. True love pulls others through, carries them over and looks beyond. It knows no boundaries and it never runs out. So don’t worry for it.

While writing on love, how can I forget its special day? Valentine Day is special love sharing day for us. it is celebrated as a lovers' holiday today. Have you ever read about St. Valentine?

Valentine's Day started in the time of the Roman Empire. In ancient Rome, February 14th was a holiday to honor Juno. Juno was the Queen of the Roman Gods and Goddesses. The Romans also knew her as the Goddess of women and marriage. The following day, February 15th, began the Feast of Lupercalia.

The lives of young boys and girls were strictly separate. However, one of the customs of the young people was name drawing. On the eve of the festival of Lupercalia the names of Roman girls were written on slips of paper and placed into jars. Each young man would draw a girl's name from the jar and would then be partners for the duration of the festival with the girl whom he chose. Sometimes the pairing of the children lasted an entire year, and often, they would fall in love and would later marry.

Under the rule of Emperor Claudius II Rome was involved in many bloody and unpopular campaigns. Claudius the Cruel was having a difficult time getting soldiers to join his military leagues. He believed that the reason was that roman men did not want to leave their loves or families. As a result, Claudius cancelled all marriages and engagements in Rome. The good Saint Valentine was a priest at Rome in the days of Claudius II. He and Saint Marius aided the Christian martyrs and secretly married couples, and for this kind deed Saint Valentine was apprehended and dragged before the Prefect of Rome, who condemned him to be beaten to death with clubs and to have his head cut off. He suffered martyrdom on the 14th day of February, about the year 270. At that time it was the custom in Rome, a very ancient custom, indeed, to celebrate in the month of February the Lupercalia, feasts in honor of a heathen god. On these occasions, amidst a variety of pagan ceremonies, the names of young women were placed in a box, from which they were drawn by the men as chance directed.

The pastors of the early Christian Church in Rome endeavored to do away with the pagan element in these feasts by substituting the names of saints for those of maidens. And as the Lupercalia began about the middle of February, the pastors appear to have chosen Saint Valentine's Day for the celebration of this new feast. So it seems that the custom of young men choosing maidens for valentines, or saints as patrons for the coming year, arose in this way.

For me it is day to pray god. I believe this day; God will introduce me to my life partner. Anyhow every day is made to love and share pleasure with other. So start loving everyone before it is too late. Just don’t delay. Do it today.
