Christians Ask If Jesus Would Shop at Wal-mart

Where would Jesus shop? The critics of Wal-Mart have launched a campaign against the world's biggest retailer, based on the ethics of its policies over wages, health benefits and use of cheap labour in the developing world.

A play on the popular Christian saying "What Would Jesus Do?" the ad campaign is the brainchild of WakeUpWalMart.com and asks "Should people of faith shop at Wal-Mart this holiday season?" Wal-Mart's chief executive, Lee Scott, said that the company made positive contributions by saving families money, providing jobs and supporting charities.
