Exercise is not meant for people who are obese, it’s meant for everyone. And if you think you can have lustrous hair without it, go ahead, I guarantee you that it won’t. Fourth, have some amount of milk, skimmed milk or otherwise in your diet. Milk facilitates hair growth. The calcium provided in the milk can help you build up a good foundation for a healthy scalp. Have whatever the season offers you, in terms of fruits, nuts, veggies, etc.
Almonds, peanuts and figs are wonder nuts that give you the natural oils and help you get your mane get some personality. If you have a problem with weight gain where almonds are concerned, then do away with the almond peels, that generally the one that is loaded with oil. Massage your scalp at least twice a week with either olive oil, or almond oil, or even coconut oil. If you have an oily scalp, don’t keep these oils over night and monitor the amount of time that you left your scalp with an easy massage.
Most of the times people with oily scalp have this problem of a messy head making them prone to acne and dandruff. If that be the case then you could squeeze in half a lime in the oil that you are about to warm up for a great massage and wash it off after half an hour.
