Reinstated Dupay is Geared for National Championship Game Rematch
The rematch features a pair of unbeatens, No. 2 Michigan State (5-0) against No. 9 Florida (3-0). The Gators came up short 89-76 in the title game last year, but they are looking to take a huge bite out of the Spartans tonight. Tom Izzo and his Spartans are 6-2 ATS in their last nine games and 2-2 ATS for the season when playing at the Breslin Center. Michigan State currently has the second-longest homecourt winning streak at 33 games, behind only Utah. But at 1-0 ATS when playing on the road Florida appears to have no fear of East Lansing. The Gators, 1-1 ATS for the season, are entering the game coming off of a 83-76 win over DePaul without the suspended Teddy Dupay. Dupay, who fouled Mateen Cleaves hard in the title game last year, has been reinstated for the rematch. Florida has been explosive on offense, averaging nearly 90 points per game, and it has shown as they are 6-2 on the overs in their last 10 games. The Spartans, who are on a 16-game winning streak, are just 2-2 ATS through their first five games of the 2000-01 campaign.

The Missouri Tigers Trying to Avoid the DePaul "Blue" Demons
In their last 10 games, the Tigers are 4-3 ATS while the Blue Demons are 4-4-1 ATS. Missouri defeated DePaul 45-42 in their last meeting, but that was not enough to cover the 11-point spread. The Blue Demons are entering tonight's game coming off of a 83-76 loss to No. 9 Florida, but in the loss DePaul covered the spread of 12.5 points. DePaul is 2-0 on the overs in their last five outings. The Tigers are 1-2 ATS for the season, 1-1 ATS when playing at home, and 3-0 on the overs in their last nine games. DePaul counters with a 1-1 record ATS when playing on the road and a 1-2 record ATS on the season.

Detroit Planning on Turning the Leafs Red.
Coming off of three or more days rest the Red Wings are 2-1 ATS. For the season, Toronto holds a 14-12-1 record ATS including a 2-1 record ATS in their last three outings. Offense has been key for the Leafs lately, as they are 6-0 on the overs in their last six and 7-1 on the overs in their last eight. In their previous four games Toronto has put the puck in the goal 23 times. On the season the Red Wings are 16-11-1 ATS and 4-2 ATS in their last six. Detroit is 5-3 on the overs in their last eight, but just 12-14 on the season. Four of the last five games between these two teams have come up on the overs including the last outing which featured seven goals in a 4-3 Toronto win.

Lemieux and the Coyotes Hope to Begin Howling Against the Canucks.
Claude Lemieux, who agreed to play for Phoenix in July, finally signed with the Coyotes on Saturday and he should see some action tonight against the Canucks. The Coyotes could use the help as they have struggled against the spread lately going 2-5 in their last seven games. Vancouver, on the other hand, heads into America West Arena on a two-game winning streak and is 3-1 ATS in their last four outings. Scoring 20 goals in their last five games has helped the Canucks go 4-1 on the overs and improve its over record to 17-9 for the season. Phoenix and its home ice has been nice to the Coyotes as they are posting a 7-4-1 record ATS when playing at America West Arena. Each of the last seven games between the Coyotes and Canucks have resulted in the under. In their last two meetings, Phoenix has outscored Vancouver 8-2 and hold a 2-0 record ATS.

The Mavericks Looking to Lasso the Knicks.
After losing to the Rockets last night 109-102, the Mavericks dropped to 11-7-1 ATS on the season and are looking to get back on pace with a victory over New York this evening. The Ewing-less Knicks are 11-8 ATS this season and enter the game on a two-game winning streak. New York is averaging 99 points per game in their last three games posting three straight overs. Prior to last night's game against the Rockets, which netted 211 points, Dallas was 1-4 on the unders in their previous five games. At home, the Mavericks are 5-3 ATS on the season and 2-0 ATS in their last two.

After watching Karl "The Mailman" Malone pass Wilt to become the # 2 all-time NBA scorer in last night's 98-84 loss to the Jazz, the Raptors feel the need to get back into the "Win" column. With the loss, Toronto dropped to 10-6-1 ATS on the season, however they are 3-1 ATS without any rest. The Trail Blazers are 2-1 ATS in their last three and are 1-6 on the unders over their previous seven. Portland has covered the spread against Toronto in two of their last three. Three of the last four games that paired Portland and Toronto have finished up as an over. The Raptors are 4-2 ATS over their last six games and are 4-3-1 ATS when playing on the road.
