Let your December smile..!

This is Santa’s December. He is in town to make you happy and get smiles. My wish for now is to articulate ‘Art of Happiness’ and making your smiling habits and ensuring happiness for ‘Christmas’.

Happiness is the important aspect of human life. Who doesn’t want it? We know that life is full of ups and owns." The secret of happiness is to make others believe they are the cause of it." Says Al Batt

There are very few minor procedures to follow to make you happy. Answer or review following questions and processes.

Are you happy?

Krishnamurti says that happiness is not something of which you are conscious, you cannot ask yourself, ‘Am I happy?’ if you look for happiness, you are not going to get it.

If you are doing something, which you think is nice, good, then happiness comes as a side result. If you seek happiness, it will always elude you, it will never come near you. Do something which you really love to do and you feel, ‘How nice to do it’. In the doing of it you have happiness.

Happiness is a "bird" which cannot be kept in captivity or bound: we have to live in such a way what it stays with us and accompanies us throughout our lives. Advised Cecilia Esztergalyos.

Scheduling Every Day – The Happy Day

Researchers have been probing happy and unhappy people, and they are finally zeroing in the factors that make a difference. Modify your schedule. You need to create interest in your lives, and to do new things.

Get up early and go for walk and take breakfast in the park. Walking will make good and energize you physically and mentally on your first outing.

"While our happiness set point is largely determined by our genes whether we bounce along above it o slump along under it depends on our good sense and good training." says Lykken.

Michael Cunningham showed that people were more talkative and open with others after watching a happy film than after watching a sad one.

Life is kinder to the beautiful.

Perhaps beautiful people are happier because they are healthier. Smile is contagious try it and sees. Studies show that women tend to think they are too fat and men worry about being puny. Just be happy. Smiling face anyhow looks beautiful.

Nurture Relations

Tell your elders and friends whom you love. The whole thing needs some renovate work after few years of running.

If your friend’s problems are beginning to impinge on you, then you need to try not to be quite so available all the time. You have lost touch but it need not be forever. They had loved to hear from you. Invite them over for dinner, spend time thinking about and enjoy the shopping and cooking.

Researchers found that married people are consistently happier than those who are single. Does marriage make you happy, or are happy people simply more likely to get married? Good marriage can have a permanent positive effect. Someone says, "Insecurity, we know from all, is bad for human beings". Provide support to others is better off them selves.

Worship God

Religious involvement is a source of greater satisfaction rather other socially activities. If you are thinking and worrying about something that need to be done then you might as well be doing it. Worship God early in the morning will give freshness to your whole day.

Not age for happiness

Old age may not be so bad. Older people may expect life to be harder and learn to live with it. " People realize not only what they have, but also that what they have can not last forever. "When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us." Said Helen Keller

Something which is not necessary

Happiness is always here, but covered by thoughts, desires and fears. It is experienced when these covers disappear for a while. When fear or worry comes to an end or a desire attained, there is a temporary disappearance of these covers. The ego and personality stop moving for a while and a great satisfaction and inner happiness is experienced.

1. Listen music or touch art.
2. It is your right to be happy.
3. Remember your successful days or events.
4. Anything that makes you happy
5. Children get smiles. Be with them.
6. How is to listen the chirping of birds.
7. Watch sunrise and sunset.
8. Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.
9. Each day devote some time to reading some pages of an inspiring book or article.
10. Watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, stop them, and try to think of pleasant things.
11. Always look at what you have done. Sometimes you start a day planning to do several things. At the end of the day you feel frustrated that you haven't been able to do all of those things, and you become unhappy.
12. Each day do something good for yourself. It can be small thing, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
13. Each day do at least one thing to make others happy. This can be a kind word, Helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love.
14. The possibilities are infinite. When you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
