Life Within Me

There is always light at the end of the tunnel...
Uncertainty as my internal life swirling within me, for I am twisted as the storm sweeps me away,
I feel my soul being taken from me, unspeakable pain felt in the center of my being,
Please Lord, help me to save myself from me, only your love can save this life within me,
Distractions, as yet I turn my face thus my life to live another day without me,
Sheltered by the distance between me, my physical exertion numbness, as my body breaks,
Millions of tears for my eyes have cried rivers of pain that carry me,
Oh, Lord lift me up, raise me above the water teach me how to live in your name,
Freedom, I shall know only as I accept my Lord and Savior unto his Holy name through my misfortune you are my silver lining
