Renee Zellweger, Kenny Chesney Officially Single
Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney's annulment was finalized Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court and they are both considered legally single.

Reportedly, the document states, "The judgment of nullity is entered. The parties are declared to be single persons." The 128-day marriage essentially never existed now that it has been annulled. The news comes on the heels of reports that the two were sharing private romantic dinners together recently sparking rumors of reconciliation. Rumors that Zellweger quickly squashed, saying the two only met to discuss the end of their marriage.
Her publicist said, "She and Kenny are not getting back together and they are not dating. For any couple who change the state of their relationship, there are loose ends to tie up and discussions to be had." Zellweger's camp maintains that she and Chesney remain on "friendly terms." Chesney said in an interview last month that he and Zellweger still "really care about each other."
The two met in January at a tsunami relief benefit concert and after a whirlwind four-month courtship they exchanged vows in a beach ceremony in St. John. After their wedding, Chesney and Zellweger were rarely together. He continued on his Somewhere in the Sun tour and so they were not able to spend any time together. Zellweger shrugged off reports that their union was in trouble until the split was announced in September. Not so shocking for a Hollywood couple, but instead of choosing the standard "irreconcilable differences," Zellweger checked "fraud" as the reason for the split sending everyone's curiosity into overdrive. The Cinderella Man actress quickly backpedaled and said the charge was not a "reflection on Kenny's character," but rather the best of the options she had to choose from. Whatever the case, now it is just like the whole thing never happened...
