Vince Vaughn Dodges DUI

Vaughn and Aniston were stopped shortly after midnight on Tuesday in Scottsdale, Arizona for what cops say was a "minor traffic violation." Vaughn was behind the wheel and Aniston was riding shotgun. Sergeant Mark Clark said he "noticed a slight odor" on Vaughn’s breath and asked the actor a number of questions. He then ordered Vaughn to submit to a field sobriety test. Said Clark, "Mr. Vaughn was very cooperative. Officers determined his blood-alcohol level was below the legal limit [of 0.08] and no tickets were issued." Officers urged Vaughn and Aniston to catch a ride with a friend that was trailing them, so they left the rental car at a nearby hotel.

Vaughn and Aniston were reportedly returning from a holiday stay in Scottsdale at the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain resort. It was reported that the two stayed in a $2,000 a night private mountainside cottage and enjoyed many of the spa’s amenities. The two have been very tight lipped about the status of their relationship, but reports are that they are very much the couple. They certainly seem to be spending a lot of time together.

The tabloids have had them engaged, secretly married, and having a baby since they first started appearing on the scene. The romance rumors started shortly after they met on the set of their movie The Break-Up. Aniston had just split from hubby Brad Pitt and turned to Vaughn for a shoulder to cry on. In the past few months they have reportedly grown very close and are enjoying a romantic relationship. Are they a couple? All signs point to yes!
