Pam Anderson Seeks Custody of Kids

Citing both well-known and private displays of rage from her "motley" ex-husband, Pamela Anderson has gone to court requesting full-custody of her two children. Last week, Anderson, in a 15-page court filing, asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to void the former couple’s divorce agreement allowing shared custody of their two children and requests that all future visits between Lee, 39, and the children be monitored. She also asked that the judge mandate Lee into taking anger-management and parenting classes as well as undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. Anderson states that Lee is a "very angry, unstable man who presents a danger to others, particularly when he is using alcohol, as he is presently doing." Anderson claims that the situation has deteriorated so greatly that the boys do not even want to visit their father.

Tommy Lee, former drummer for Mötley Crüe, and former Baywatch babe, Pamela Anderson, were married in 1995 on a beach after a five-day courtship. Anderson filed for divorce less than a year later citing irreconcilable differences. She withdrew the petition after the couple rekindled their romance, but refiled the claim in 1998 when Lee struck her while she was holding their infant son. They briefly reconciled in early 1999, but shortly thereafter separated again.

Canadian born Anderson, 34, was discovered while attending a British Columbia Lions football game wearing a Labatt’s beer tee shirt. The discovery led to the first of four Playboy layouts in 1989. She played lifeguard CJ Parker on Baywatch from 1992-1997, which led to a stint on Home Improvement and eventually her own show, V.I.P. Besides Lee, Anderson has been linked to a slew of Hollywood actors and musicians, with her latest love interest being Kid Rock. Anderson claims that Lee’s recent jealous and erratic behavior stems from her relationship with Kid Rock.
