Ben Affleck: Relationship Bad for Business
Ben Affleck reportedly blames the constant media attention of his relationship with Jennifer Lopez as bad for his career.
Will they or won't they? That is the question that surrounds the entity now known as "Bennifer." Will Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez ever tie the knot? The question these days is...who really cares anymore? Affleck himself recently stated that his relationship with J. Lo has not been the best thing for his career. He reportedly blames the constant media exposure for his dwindling credibility as an actor. Maybe it could be bad career choices...Gigli didn't seem to be Academy Award winning material you were working with, Ben!
"My relationship with Jennifer has absolutely been bad for my career. The overexposure this year has been really damaging. The combination of me and Jennifer as a unit became more important than the parts we did in movies. It's not good when everybody knows everything about you - the mystique disappears." He said, adding, "The whole world knew what we were doing on a daily basis."
Affleck also told reporters, "You'd be bored by my sex life now! It's like 10 minutes - completely routine." It seems that things are not that great in Bennifer-land! Ben also admitted that he wanted to sleep with Uma Thurman, his co-star in the upcoming thriller Paycheck. Well, Ben, now that Uma and her hubby Ethan Hawke have split...maybe you will get your wish! Maybe he could write a book..."How to Keep a Woman Happy" by Ben Affleck - blame her for your career slump, let the entire world in on your bedroom habits, and admit that you'd like to sleep with your co-star!
