Tara Reid and Paris Latsis Dating?

Reid and Latsis were reportedly spotted getting very friendly at her 30th birthday party a few weeks ago and most recently were seen partying and canoodling at Privilege, a Los Angeles hotspot, over the weekend. The two met while he was still dating Hilton. And started off as just friends. Now a source close to Reid has said that she and Latsis have grown closer and have taken their relationship to the "next level." Said the source, "They’re very happy." Wonder how Paris Hilton will feel if this rumor is, in fact, true…

In other Latsis news, it was reported that he had a run in with his ex’s new beau, Stavros Niarchos, last week after the American Music Awards. Allegedly, Latsis believes that Niarchos was seeing Hilton while they were still together and blames him for their failed relationship. Reportedly, Latsis arrived at the Musicians Rock the Soul bash and after-party held at Privilege and became incensed when he saw Niarchos and began yelling at him. An eyewitness said, "Stavros and Paris (Latsis) were yelling at each other near one of the VIP tables. Paris (Hilton) finally dragged Stavros away."

Stavros allegedly appeared drunk and it was rumored that he was spotted throwing up in the men’s bathroom. Said a source, "He puked everywhere. He and Paris finally left the party after she got him out of the bathroom and cleaned him up." Not so, says Hiltons’ rep Elliot Mintz who claims Latsis and Niarchos had a "civil conversation." Said Mintz, "I was with them all night and I saw no evidence of that. Stavros has a friend who looks just like him, maybe it was him." Yeah, ok…
