NBA: Is Phoenix Rising Or Are The Kings Claiming The Throne

Toronto are 3-2 ATS on 1-day rest while the Clippers are 6-3. In their last 10 games the Clippers are 3-0 ATS when allowing 83 points are less. The Raptors are 5-3 on the over when playing at home. When scoring 100 points or more the Raptors are 4-0 on the over and 4-0 ATS in their last 10 games.
