P. Diddy Shown the Door in Miami
Rumors are circulating that Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs tried to check into the same Miami hotel where Jennifer Lopez and Chris Judd were staying.
The New York Daily News’ Mitchell Fink is reporting that P. Diddy recently tried to book a penthouse on the same floor with former girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and her new husband, Chris Judd. Fink writes, "According to my sources, an assistant to Combs called the Tides Hotel in South Beach, asking to book the vacant unit among three penthouse suites. Lopez and Judd were staying in one of the rooms, and Lopez' manager, Benny Medina, occupied another."
Apparently the hotel management was aware of the situation that was developing, after Medina threatened to take Judd and Lopez to a new location, and denied Combs’ request to stay at the hotel. The PR director of the Tides, where the incident is said to have occurred, declined to comment on the matter.
It has been confirmed that Combs was in Miami last week, following a series of radio interviews in Chicago, Philadelphia and Boston. His representative, Nathalie Moar, had no knowledge of anyone calling the Tides on Combs' behalf. "He never would have wanted to stay at the Tides," she said. "He usually prefers the Delano, but he wound up at the Shore Club because they gave him the entire hotel."
