Sheen appeared on CBS’s Late Late Show and flashed host Craig Ferguson his wedding band, which he had stopped wearing shortly after Richards filed for divorce. He said, "Things are really good and, rather than launching into any specific detail, I can just do that," raising his hand and proudly displaying the ring. He added, "That’s a pretty good indication."

The couple split in March when after three-years of marriage a six-month pregnant Richards abruptly filed for divorce. No reason was given for the split, but the rumors began flying and usually pointed at Charlie as the wrongdoer. Sheen was there when Richards gave birth to their second daughter Lola in June. The couple also has a 15-month old daughter, Sam. Since the birth of Lola, the couple has reportedly been seeking counseling and trying to work on their marriage.

On September 21, Richards was spotted sporting a ring on her wedding finger sparking rumors that the couple was getting back together. There have also been rumors that they will renew their vows next month. A few months ago Sheen appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman, and offered two reasons why the marriage may have gone sour. First he said, "I was a gigantic ass." He added that he watched too much sports on TV and neglected his parenting responsibilities. Said Sheen, "I had to take a step back and really take a look at myself and the situation. I made a commitment to this woman I love, this family I love, and I realized this can be fixed." Seems like things are coming together for them.
