Trump the New Stern?

It has been reported that Donald Trump is one of the front-runners up for Howard Stern’s replacement.
Now that Howard Stern is making the switch to satellite radio, a search has begun for the next "Stern." A source has revealed that Donald Trump is a front-runner for the position. Stern has made agreed to move his show to Sirius Satellite Radio in a deal that will reportedly earn him upwards of $100 million a year.

A source revealed, "After the success of The Apprentice, the radio bigwigs at Infinity Broadcasting [the company that currently employs Stern] feel that Donald is one of the few people who could hold the millions of listeners who tune in to hear Howard. Donald has been a success at everything else he’s tried, so there’s no reason to suspect he would fail at this. But he hasn’t made up his mind if he could make the commitment."

Doesn’t he have enough going on already? He is reportedly pitching a new prime-time drama that will be set at the Trump Tower in New York City. It has been reported that NBC is very interested in the show tentatively tilted "Trump Tower." Reportedly, the show would feature the conniving residents of Trump Tower and their trials and tribulations reminiscent of a Dynasty or Dallas type show. Trump would not appear in the show; instead an actor will portray the power hungry mogul since Trump is "too busy to appear regularly on the show." Yet, he may be open to doing a radio show? Interesting. Guess the "real" life dramas of The Apprentice just aren't enough for The Donald.
