Ben & J. Lo a Go?

The on-again off-again couple was originally supposed to tie the knot this past summer in Santa Barbara, but called off the wedding just days before the event. It was reported recently that Lopez kicked Affleck out of her Los Angeles home two weeks ago, but with her mother’s urging took him back. Apparently, Lopez was sick of Ben’s "addictions." Reportedly, her latest argument was his gambling. A source close to the couple said, "Jennifer was very upset by the celebrity gambling tournament Ben did last month in Las Vegas." The source adds, "She feels he just gives up one addiction for another and it is destructive behavior."

Seems she got over her fear of his "destructive behavior" only a week after kicking him out of her home. The couple, along with Jen’s mother, arrived in Las Vegas this past Saturday for the Showdown at the Sands Poker Tournament. It has been reported that J. Lo’s mother, Guadalupe, has some say in the matter. Sources close to the couple admit that Jen’s mother has a soft spot for Ben and encourages Jen to stick by "her man." A source says that whenever there is trouble in Ben and Jen’s relationship, her mom steps in and tells her that Ben is "the best thing that has ever happened to her."

Whatever the case may be, the couple has reunited. The question remains is it for better or for worse? Sources say that they are back together but the relationship is very "tumultuous." The relationship has never seemed to be very stable with questions arising at the beginning of their relationship and continuing throughout. Who knows what the plans may be for the future, but the question that must remain on everyone’s minds is when are they releasing Jersey Girl? After their stellar turn on the big screen with Gigli and their unstable romance…it remains to be seen whether or not they actually do have what it takes to make it on screen!
