The Holidays are upon us. And like most of us, you eat too much. Recently on the news they indicated a Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings is around 4,000 calories.
But it was sooo good!!!

These are approximate figures. Everyone burns calories at different rates. And remember everything you do uses up calories. Plus your body also uses calories while it lays at rest.
