Fatality

I wrote this poem following a fatal car crash. I was the attending paramedic.
Two separate entities
Move through time carelessly;
Unable to comprehend fate
They glide on paths concrete.

The paths intertwine, they cross,
Single identity lost;
Redefined disposition
Metal, blood, termination.
