Paris Hilton Sex Scandal Out of Control

It all began with Paris Hilton and Rick Solomon’s desire to videotape them doing the horizontal mambo for their later viewing pleasure. Alas, the couple’s love didn’t last, the tape was leaked, and now the lawsuits are mounting. First Solomon sued Paris Hilton and her family for a $10 million slander suit, claiming they had disparaged his name in the media. Next, Salomon sued Marvad Corp., the Seattle-based Internet porn company, for upwards of $10 million for illegally distributing the amateur adult video.

Now Marvad is hopping on the lawsuit bandwagon with their suit against the man they bought the insidious tape from, Solomon’s former roommate, Don Thrasher. Marvad says Thrasher led the company to believe he owned all rights to the tape and the lawsuit states Marvad "suffered substantial damages arising out of the misrepresentations by Thrasher and his agents." The lawsuit seeks $10 million plus from Thrasher, who maintains that Salomon gave him the tape. "We had an agreement to sell the tape," he reportedly said. "He gave me the tape. Period."

Solomon claims Thrasher stole the tape, but Thrasher says he gave Solomon half of the $50,000 he received from selling the tape. Hilton says she is "embarrassed" and "humiliated" citing the fact that "my parents and the people who love me have been hurt." It was reported that Marvad agreed not to distribute any footage from the tape after learning that Hilton did not consent to the release of the tape. Don’t people learn?
