No Heart

Depression - I feel the pain he felt…
I feel the pain he felt,
I said to all I’m sorry,
But I didn't do it on my own.

I feel like sitting in a corner,
And letting all the sorrow run out my eyes,
And cutting into veins I’m told that if I do it I will die.

I feel like digging a deep hole into the ground,
And jumping into it not to be found.

Maybe then I’ll understand why I do this,
It causes pain,
If I’m not working on my death,
I accidentally do things I will regret.

In my mind I want all to live together,
But my mind keeps dieing,
along with my thoughts.

It's past the point of my control,
I said I have no heart,
Just an empty hole where it used to be.
