Jamie Foxx’s Compromising Position
It has been reported that a construction worker claims he found more than 90 compromising photos of Jamie Foxx.
Actor Jamie Foxx is getting plenty of attention for his turn in Ray the upcoming movie about the late great Ray Charles, but some compromising pictures have surfaced dragging him into a legal mess. A construction worker has claimed to have discovered a box of upwards of 90 pictures of the actor engaged in sexual activity. The pictures were reportedly retrieved from a dumpster near Foxx’s Las Vegas home.
The construction worker reportedly filed a battery complaint with Las Vegas police saying that several men forced their way into his apartment and assaulted him after he refused to turn over the photos. Foxx’s camp denies any involvement in the incident. Popular Las Vegas columnist Norm Clark, who also wrote "1000 Naked Truths: A Guide to Hot Spots and Cool Stuff in Sin City," doesn’t think the story adds up. Clark has interviewed Foxx in the past and said, "It seems a bit suspicious to me that someone who's working on the house says he found some pictures outside the house. That doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me, but I guess the courts will sort that out."
Whether or not the man found the pictures, which he originally denied having in the first place, in the house or outside of the house he is now trying to sell the photos to the tabloids. He has reportedly hired the same agent that put together deals to sell naked pics of Tonya Harding and Paula Jones. A spokeswoman for Foxx’s camp said, "These were private photos taken several years ago. They are stolen property." When will people learn?
