• Also, after the sauna, it is customary to take a cool shower or even take a plunge in a cool bath afterwards. The problem with this is that it needs to be done carefully to avoid the sudden and intense increases in blood pressure that can make you dizzy.
• Saunas should not be used by individuals who have a history of conditions such as stroke or hypertension because this too can be quite affected.
