Sophia Bush Can Still Work With Ex
Despite the fact that One Tree Hill stars Sophia Bush and Chad Michael Murray are going through a real life divorce, she says she is strong enough to work with him.

Bush says she has no problem working with Murray or shooting intimate love scenes with him even though they are in the midst of a divorce. Said Bush, "My job is my job, and my personal life is my personal life, and I keep them separate. It’s my job. It’s not always easy, but it’s my work – it’s what I love and take pride in, and I won’t let that slack because of personal issues." On One Tree Hill Bush plays the character Brooke and Murray plays her ex-boyfriend Lucas. A source on set said, "Their story lines will be crossing as Brooke tries to get Lucas to come back to her. That will be the real test of their acting abilities."
The couple met on the set of the WB’s One Tree Hill in 2003 and were engaged in May 2004. Murray, 24, proposed in Australia on a tennis court with 20 bouquets of roses and 500 lit candles that spelled out a message for Bush, 23. They were married in a seaside ceremony on April 16 at Santa Monica’s Hotel Casa Del Mar in front of 200 friends and family members.
They separated a mere five-months later. Rumors of marital unrest surrounded the couple only weeks after they exchanged vows and in September Bush released a statement, "This is a difficult and unfortunate situation. I am glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later." Murray released his own statement that read: "I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating. This is a very difficult time for me." No official reason was given for the split, but recently Bush hinted that it had to do with Murray’s actions. "I’m a big girl. I’m a strong girl. It’s not that I don’t respect other women in my position, but there are things I won’t forgive. I have too much going on in my life to focus on, " said Bush.
