Emptiness: River should flow!

"There is a fullness of efficacy in his resurrection from the dead, for by it we are be gotten again unto a lively hope." — Charles Spurgeon

To fulfill its purpose, air must be put inside the balloon, causing it to expand bigger and bigger. It acquires buoyancy and bounce. We describe the inflated balloon as being full of air. However, if we were to look inside the balloon, most people would say it was empty. These relationships can be used when trying to explain the theory of emptiness within fullness and fullness within emptiness.

A child is born, lying down and individuality grows and enjoying the life around him. When he becomes young, he becomes strong and seems to make adventure. As he grows up he meets disappointments and failures. Outcome does not match with the hope. "Nobody is interesting to see what I do." When he becomes an old, physical and mental abilities begin to decline. He finds that family and friends neglect him.

One’s own happiness, fulfillment in one’s own being and continues to play the role. Nothing can be snarl-up to all incidences as even no hills, mountains; stars can be barrier for space! People who are too slack are collapsed; they get their body shrinking, their joints closing and their spines are often curled and hunched. To understand the concept of emptiness you discover the key to relaxation. Release from tension in both mind and muscle, enabling the body to expand. "If one part of the body moves, every part must move together."

"Because if you don't see the moon yet only the finger that points to it."

If you don’t concentrate on something, you are attached to nothing. Your mind is restricted to emptiness. They pull down all kinds of danger, which force your shelter, mind and life from outside of this accord. Have oneness of your emptiness and fullness and do both of erasing and picturing yourself at a time.

Emptiness means capacity of accepting something else and fullness of producing something from inside.

Full of water it is full only of water, because it can accept no more water, but do not have something else, for instance, not of salt. For a container, filled with water, can produce it can accept some salt. Thus, emptiness or fullness is always relative to the object. You realize your own wishes firmly in the open beings. Also is it to establish the world with freedom at will. Everything closed belongs to everything open, so it is to erase yourself that you keep yourself in empty mind with no desire. When you erase yourself perfectly you also picture yourself perfectly.

"Simply be open and allow yourself to be held in the shelter of God. ...Do not doubt your own spiritual experience." - Joyce Rupp

Feel it: You are absolutely free and enjoy an existence free from interference. Nothing can be problem to all occurrences for spaces! The definitive self-awareness, the self-knowledge that is natural in all, which no artificial identities can cover or release. It's important to realize that you were born into this world whole, with unique gifts. Over the course of time you unlearned some of your golden qualities, put them on the shelf, sacrificing them towards some perceived good.

Having oneness of fullness and emptiness and doing both of picturing and erasing yourself at once lead you to the way of Sky. For fullness and freedom both are needed. This is because the reality affirmed contains its own opposite. Quit worrying so much about to whom you can trust, and worry more about whether you can trust yourself to take good care of you. Then earn your own trust the hard way, by making and keeping promises to yourself. After mistakes, avoid self-judgment and punishment. Simply ponder the lessons, make corrections, and move on.

Learn to recognize and acknowledge your goodness, the good intentions of your heart, and your gifts and talents. If you can't see them – look harder. Treat yourself as if your importance, value, and worth are grand and immeasurable. That "as if," IS true. If you persist, the thoughts and feelings will eventually follow in a very real and genuine way.

You must know yourself before you start pursuing your serious goals. You can never be infected, you can never be hurt, and you are beyond changes and total annihilation. You would step into the world of action, accomplishment, reserves and position. You will meet your own share of disappointments, frustrations and sadness. But you know that all these cannot mar you. The body and mind will grow weak and come to an end. But you never die.

"Empty inside, Empty outside, the empty pot in the space; full inside, full outside, the full pot in the ocean."
