Bradford's centre Shontayne Hape has been included in New Zealand's team for their second Tri-nations match against Australia on Friday even though he will have less than 72 hours to recover from jet-lag.
Hape played in the Bulls' victory over Leeds in the Super League grand final last Saturday but was called away from the celebrations to replace Clinton Toopi, who damaged knee ligaments in scoring a hat-trick in the Kiwis' 38-28 win in Sydney last weekend.
"He'll be OK - he's flying business class," New Zealand's coach Brian McClennan said ahead of Hape's arrival yesterday. However Robbie Paul's exclusion at the age of 29 could mark the end of his international career.
