Mus We Confess?

Must we confess that Jesus Christ is Lord?
Or do we say, "With this I will be bored?"
The Bible says that every knee shall bow,
And every tongue confess.
But we say, "I don’t know," or "I’ll do my best."

Must we confess?
We have to do more than guess.
Must we confess?
Oh, Lord, I will say, "Yes!"

So, what will you do .....?
Will you confess now or wait ‘til judgment day?
Do you walk in abundant blessings?
Or do you walk your own way?

Must we confess?
We have to do more than guess.

Oh, Lord, we will say, "Yes!"

A. S. Bailey and husband, Dr. H. Alan Bailey, Sr. pastor Tell The Truth Outreach Ministries ("Where families are made whole again!"), established in 1999. They live near Greer in South Carolina. Stricken with a severe case of polyarthritis in 2001, she was forced to end her career as a pharmacist within two years of being diagnosed. Not allowing the enemy to get any gratification, she continues to glorify Jesus Christ, always confessing that by His stripes she is healed. While waiting upon the Lord for manifestation of her healing, she writes poems, verses, articles, children’s stories, and letters to the Lord, to spread the news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
